Aluminum Stock

Aluminum is a low-cost, light weight and strong material. Because of it’s low cost, it’s used in many general applications. It can also take many finishes including bead-blast, alodine, anodizing and paint or powder coat.

We typically stock rectangle bar and round stock on the shelf for faster turn-around.  

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is a corrosion resistant steel with high strength. It’s an excellent choice for marine or food and beverage applications where corrosion resistance is critical. 

Stainless steel is typically used as-machined or with a brushed finish for aesthetic applications.

Copper is an excellent conductor of heat and electricity. We typically machine it into heatsinks,  water blocks, heat-exchangers and other thermal or electrical applications. 

Copper is typically finished with a Nickel plating for improved corrosion resistance.

Engineering Polymers

Acetal, Ultem, PEEK, PTFE, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, HDPE, UHMW

We machine a wide range of polymers. For dimensional stability, we recommend Acetal. For chemical and heat resistance, consider PEEK and Ultem. Acrylic and Polycarbonate are excellent for applications that require transparency. Finally HDPE and UHMW are good for chemical resistance and low friction.

All of our production is located at our Silicon Valley facility in Milpitas, CA. Minimize your production and shipping risks by manufacturing in the same facility as your box-build and assembly.
